Purchasing products from Japan can be cost-effective, but importing involves various risks and hidden costs. By buying from this Portal, you won't have to worry about anything and will receive your products directly at your home. The entire import process is managed by us in collaboration with our partners.

Items ordered from this Portal are shipped from Japan; therefore, they are not present in our warehouse in Italy and must be imported. The catalog offers all items available from our suppliers, showing the best price for each product at all times.

Product pricing is updated in real-time and includes all costs (duties, customs, etc.). Prices may vary throughout the day as they are automatically linked to trends in the Eastern market. Once an order is completed, the price of the purchased items is locked, and no adjustments will be applied should prices change subsequently.

Delivery takes approximately 10-14 working days (barring any unforeseeable customs blocks or inspections).

The Portal is open at the start of every week from Monday morning at 12:00 PM to Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM. Outside of this timeframe, it is not possible to place orders from this section.

Purchases made through the Portal are subject to different shipping rates compared to the standard store and depend on the total weight of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free for amounts of 500€ or more.
